Most of our rentals come with unlimited kilometre allowance, especially for 4×4s and long‑term hires. For certain promotional rates, a daily kilometre limit may apply; the details will be clearly stated in your rental agreement.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick‑up time. Cancellations made later than that will incur a charge equal to one day’s rental fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within three business days.
Can I add an additional driver to my rental?
Absolutely. An extra driver can be added for a nominal daily fee, provided they present a valid driver’s licence and meet the same age and credit‑card requirements as the primary renter. All additional drivers must be listed on the rental contract.
